i think this is wonderful..great work on the whole painting, it's quite beautiful to look at. at first sight the hands look strange to me, the fingers seem too short, and the part between the wrist and the fingers seems too large. but this is a minor crit, everything else is great!

the face and the hands and arms look way off the details of your paint strokes are scratchy?
are you trying a new style?
the body and the wings are nice tho...

kittyKat, could you please be a little more specific regarding what seems wrong with the face and hands? "Way off" is about as unhelpful as it could possibly get. Regarding the scratchy paint strokes, I always paint that way. >.>

I agree with Killadore about the palms, they are too wide. And the left leg looks strange too... or maybe it was just your intention? All the piece of art I find pretty interesting. You have good allegorical ideas. Give You my best note

i thin that this is GREAT!! Love your style, and great character design! Only one little thing: her left leg it´s a bit strange, maybe you mark so many the muscles, a soft version could be nice. it´s a personal opinion, and i´m wrong all the time

what I meant by is if you look at your close up for the details in this one you can see all your paint strokes they are very scratchy compared to your other works..
your other works you dont really see the brush stokes..
and the arms I feel are a tad to large from the elbow up
compared to the photo ref im saying... and the face of this... I dunno.. it just didnt hit me

and you KNOW I love all your works im a big fan of yours..
just this one I think needed more TLC

Powerful - and scratches mean strokes, which I love to see... clean works are fake looking, plastic. +10 Great concept and this central composition works well. Being an obviously muscular woman, the proportions are perfect here. Good work.

The wings, lighting, and background on this are gorgeous! Love the designs for her "outfit", too. ^__^ Something is off with her arms and face, however. I'm not exactly sure what, but the proportions and painting style seem to be different from the rest of the piece.
